Can you believe 9 months!! Well actually now she is almost 10months! It is going by way too fast. I thought the year flew by with Grace but it seems to be on high gear now and looks to be no signs of it slowing down!
We took Eva in at the end of June for her 9month check-up. She is doing great!! The doctor says she is right on track for everything if not slightly ahead with her motor skills. At the time of the appointment she was pulling herself up and cruising along everything. She is now standing for a few seconds on her own and if you hold her hand or hands she wants to walk every where. She seems to be right on the same time line as Grace if not slightly ahead. I have a picture of Grace standing by herself on July 4th and well this year I was able to take a picture of Eva doing that exact same thing! Since Eva's birthday is 6 days later then Grace then that means she was technically 6 days ahead of standing on her own than Grace. Did you follow me on that thought? If not I will try to explain my thinking the next time we chat.
Yesterday, we took Eva back to the doctor's to follow-up on her asthma. She is breathing great so as of right now we can stop all breathing treatments!! I am so excited for this! We need to take her back the beginning of October to follow-up again. I guess by this time they figure viral infections will be going around again as we approach winter and since school has started they assume viral infections spread faster, which I'm sure they do. Anyways the reason this is important is because they think that the only time her asthma is going to be a problem is when she has a cold. Or she could have out grown it by this time too! (That is what I'm praying for.)
